Portuguese Style Independent Villa

Here is a brand new, freshly built independent house that I genuinely recommend.

One advantage of buying while it is still under construction is that you can see the quality of the work and the raw materials for yourself. The construction standard here is excellent, and I have no hesitation in saying that.

This is a large 4BHK villa. The ceilings are high, which makes the rooms feel open and airy. You get plenty of light and ventilation. Living here feels spacious and comfortable, almost like staying in a palace, but without the impractical fuss.

The house comes with a dedicated car park and a swimming pool. There is also a servant room, which adds real convenience. The entire property is part of a gated society, so security and privacy are taken care of.

The beach is just one kilometre away. Close enough to walk or cycle, but far enough to keep the noise and crowds out.
